Aleesha young has firmly established herself in the professional bodybuilding industry as a top women. Aleesha was born into a large family that included athletes. Her father, along with her siblings, played hockey on ice, however her dad was a bodybuilder. Aleesha was also a participant in various games like basketball, soccer, and softball before getting into bodybuilding, when she was 15 or so. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 following her win at her first NPC USA Championships. She first began competing in the year 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she finished 9th. In 2015 she held onto her 9th place. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and in 2016 at her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro show in 2019, winning her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 she had her most impressive WOS Rising Phoenix performance, in which she finished fourth. The "World's strongest mother" was able to take a break in bodybuilding because of issues with her health.
